I read this piece on Dominique Straus-Kahn’s latest legal woes on the BBC website this morning while I was having breakfast. It made me laugh so hard (but in a bitter, ironic way) that I nearly spit coffee all over my beloved laptop.

[Straus-Kahn’s] lawyer, Henri Leclerc, said: “He could easily not have known [that the women he was with at a swinger’s party he has admitted attending were prostitutes], because, as you can imagine at these kinds of parties you’re not always dressed, and I challenge you to distinguish a naked prostitute from any other naked woman.

Oh, DSK, you scamp, you.

In related news, huh? (Canadian friends, please feel free to set me straight if this ruling is actually good for women.)
